My wife and I are loving our Instant Pot. I really don't know how well we'd be doing on our own diets without it! Might that be paprika sprinkled on top, or is it pepper? My sister for years thought people were sprinkling cayenne on their deviled eggs, so that's what she always did. It's actually not bad lol

it's smoked paprika, goes so good with eggs! Instant pot rocks!

yes it does! Smoked paprika is one of my staple spices -- it goes on nearly everything I cook. It costs a tad more than regular, but the taste is worth it :)

Yeah Cathcathu77, I haven't nailed a presentation quite like Pixie68, but I will say that if you're trying to adhere to any special diet and cook at home more, an Instant Pot is a life saver.

I put my eggs in a pan of water, bring to a boil, boil 2 minutes, remove from heat, cover, let sit for 11 minutes and the shell pops right off.

I love it so far! @Carol59, I haven't tried the yogurt yet, but it's certainly on my list!

If you do the yogurt, I suggest you strain it through cheese cloth for 4 hours after it is made so it is really firm -- like greek yogurt. Then I make the fruit by using frozen fruit that I cook like either jam or pie filling and then fold the cold jam/pie filling into the yogurt. Wonderful!!
