Thanks. It was! But now I feel sick lol. Was very hungry when I weighed it all out. Had to forcefeed myself the last 20-25% of the meat and potatoes. Didn’t want to reweigh lol
Not a bad day today. 1300 kcal and I had a HUGE dinner plus a smoothie with whey, 2 pieces of a small pizza and half of my kids chicken strip. No idea how to log one bite of a fry so didn’t log it lol. Basically I nibbled at 12:30, 1:30 and 3 then dinner at 9 because a full night of practices. Now a mini candy cane I think because I’m wanting sweet but too full to actually eat anything.
