Beast Cardio. HR got up to 173 on the in & out squat jacks, 171 on the toe taps, and I didn't go flying backwards on the toe taps this week! That's 3 in a row that I kept upright :P

Went out for a 6.4 mile bike ride immediately after and it just did me in. I'm wasted and in serious need of food. I'm still under 1000 calories for the day, so a Rubio's Health Mex Burrito is sounding really good right now.
