Just had my first "shake" since starting Atkins. It was yummy, I bought chocolate flavour and I got it half price in Holland and Barrett £12 for those in the uk! Bargain. I am planning to have these as snacks now, I am eating too much bacon - and think that these will be a healthier alternative. They come up at about 2 carbs - which is fab.
Was supposed to be going for a jog today , but its raining and the kids are watching a film. So I have promised myself I will go early. They can play on the swings while I run around the park! Kill 2 birds with 1 stone!
I wonder if it would be good to have a shake early and then a run and then home for breakfast . Or is that not enough fuel.
