After day 1 of all protein, I dropped 1.4 lbs. The water weight is coming off. Tomorrow is the weigh in and I have no idea what the result will be since I wasn't able to weigh myself last week. I can make an approximation based on the fact that I typically weigh 2 lbs. more at the office with all my clothes on than I do at home in my PJ's. I think it will be close.
Struggling to get into the gym. I have the desire and the motivation but all these other daily obligations are getting in the way. It's starting to make me angry. Something's gotta give.
Today I am thankful for the continuing cool down in the weather. I am thankful for finally fixing the problem I was trying to solve at work. I am once again ahead of schedule. I am thankful for having the money in my savings to cover vet bills even though that's not what I had hoped to use the money for. Also, I am loving my size 18 clothes even if they are a tad tight.
Family drama is on the rise again. I pray I have the courage and moral fortitude to go through this next wave. I have learned a lot from the counseling sessions so now it is time to put it into practice.
