Dr scale is 2 pounds heavier. Could be worse. I don't see any missteps until thanksgiving, at which time I will eat carefully. Trust me, I will partake in some deliciousness, but I will make sure it is worth the calories.
I will get bloodwork results Monday, anxious to see numbers. Doc's face scrunched up and winced when I said I had been doing Keto. Obviously not a fan. I am hoping my results will at the very least make her take a more positive attitude/outlook.
