It seems like a little bit of miracle to achieve below 140 without keto 😯 Maybe it’s because during keto I had gotten down to 134 lbs and now that I’m back from vacation and watching my calories it isn’t that much of a struggle for my body to adjust 🤷🏽♀️ thoughts? Btw, post vacation my “woe” is vegetarian (no particular reason) until thanksgiving 🦃 😋
