3:53pm: My TOM is almost over and I feel a little head/neck ache. I believe I can make this go away without ibuprofen. I know I can heal this on my own. I read in a book "Heart of the Mind", that I can heal it by making it heal like a bruise or a cut. It heals on it's own with not much acknowledgement. I'm applying this to headaches since I'm tired of taking NSAIDS (ibuprofen, aspiring, etc).
I did get up and did yoga for 30 min but it was hard to get out of bed. I felt so exhausted. I think it was my water workout from yesterday. I didn't stretch after the workout and my muscles paid for it. So I concentrated on flexibility rather than power and my hips are so grateful for it!
Successes: 1) Exercised despite feeling physically exhausted. 2) Fixed my refrigerator!
Gratitude: 1) Having supportive family and friends 2) Having the ability to recognize that I can choose my thoughts!
