I cannot believe I have not logged my weight for 12 days. I am sure it is back where I started almost 4 weeks ago. Moving has been hellacious with constant eating out for EVERY meal. I can’t wait to get a scale, get back into my groove, and charting my positive progress. When the reading goes up after I get my scale, I will not let it get me down!
