Lack of protein in your diet will make you crave sugars. This is what my nutritionist tells me. Carbs for breakfast, especially oatmeal is great for you if you couple it with some protein. That looks awesome, maybe some scrambled egg whites or some turkey sausage on the side.

I have oatmeal everyday, with dried cranberries, and it keeps me satisfied until lunch! Could be the cranberries provide the sweet I need.

I mix one scoop of high protein chocolate Kaizen powder from Costco in my oatmeal along with cinnamon 😁
