Back from vacation and doing well. I let the diet and exercise slide a bit during our trip – got a chance to enjoy some old Canadian favourites like Poutine, Swiss Chalet, and Sleeman’s Honey Brown but didn’t go too crazy. I feel okay but not 100% so it felt really good to get back to the workout this morning.
