Feeling really down today. I don’t know why. I think it’s because my last weight loss was so minimal compared to the others. I know slow/plateau is normal but it doesn’t give me the charge and reboots I usually get when I get on the doctor scale.
Last night I admitted to my husband my start weight and he was stunned. I just want to feel successful and not down or crazy about my size. I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t give clothes away for two weeks now and before it seemed daily something was going out of the door. I’m still tracking. Still eating. Still avoiding poor choices but not getting the satisfaction I need. Press on I will in hopes I get a better jolt next time. The scale has always been my enemy. I don’t understand people who can successfully weigh daily without discouragement. Good for them.
