Just can not get and keep those stinking carbs under 20! Sigh....keep trying. Worked out hard (for a weak old lady) today. Felt really good. Maybe that makes up for the extra carbs? Keep smiling.

It looked like your netcarbs were under 20 so that is good enough. You could replace that ketchup with a no sugar one if you liked
