So the scale went back down where it was after the sudden hiccup. I have noticed a pattern of Monday and Tuesday generally going up slightly and then it settles back down. I think in general we eat less volume of food on the weekends and that causes a slight increase in the beginning of the week. I will I definitely be keeping a better eye on it.
