A pound down but a bit disappointed. Have increased the intensity of my workouts, diligent about keeping carbs low. I must admit have weighed myself a few times during the week before my official Wednesday weigh in, and weight has been lower three days in a row than today. But perhaps I am just getting wrapped up in numbers rather than forward progress no matter how small. And definitely feel better, inches coming off the waist so should focus on that.
