Ugh. Way low on protein today and for the week so far. I skipped the protein bar breakfast. I skipped the jerky snack and the shake. 56g that I’ve skipped. Even if I had all that now I would still be under for the day 😳. I had a chicken sandwich for lunch and added 2 oz of ham plus cheese to my soup. I’m just sick of meat lol. Never thought I’d say that but then again I’ve always eaten how I wanted until now. I can see where cutting will become my obsession. Then I’ll say screw it all and gorge on snickers. Hmm. I’m really trying to find a down side now that I see that in writing.

Headaches are driving me insane. Stupid rain and pressure changes. One of the teachers lost one of her boys last night. I don’t know this family that well but just the thought of what they are going through has had my tummy in knots since mid morning. Two of my kids are friends/classmates of two of her other kiddos. I feel like I should take food over. However she is quite thin and I’m unsure of her diet needs. I’d never have thought of this before. I also don’t know where she lives other than the name of the town of her address and she lives in the country. It’s fall break so I don’t even know who I’d call to find out or have someone who knows them deliver it.

Needless to say that I don’t feel like eating much today. Add to all that and my oldest had an echo today. She’s had a VSD since birth and with her starting sports heavily and 2.5-3 hours a day activity I needed to check up on it and make sure it’s nkt worse. Our dr keeps school hours now so I probably won’t know anything until next week. I’m hopeful that it’s healed itself but I’m 90% sure I heard the swoosh sound of it today. Oh the worry...

So I’m gonna force down a shake. Then have a propel water and protein bar. I’d rather have snickers but that’ll just send me into a mindless snack fest while I think about everything else. They really need to make a protein beer 😳. Protein and relaxation in one.. and light too so low cal.

I had the shake and water but skipped the protein bar. I really didn’t want anything else. I’ll do my best today to get things in every two hours so that I can make up the protein. Kinda worried about stretching the tummy back out though 😳.

As for seeing the product of overindulgences... I have a food baby as of last night lol. Don’t notice anything else so far but did have a slight gain this morning. Assuming the big loss was partly water and I rehydrated yesterday and this morning. I’m sure some of that 16.9 oz propel right before bed stayed with me ;).

Best of luck with the results for your daughter next week. :) Sorry to hear of your kids teachers loss... would any of the other parents know the address? If not, just offer up your condolences whenever they go back to work.
