Pork loin and baked potato. We had said grace and I started picking as we visited. Hubby broke down today and is trying to get wheat planted before the rain tomorrow. Anyway, I looked down and realized I’d eaten half before I took the picture 🤯🤬. So here is the other half of my dinner haha. Left the peel and a tiny bit of potato. The chickens will thank me.

Thanks :). I used to eat them a few times a week. Now it’s about once a month lol. I’m trying to eat some more veggies to eat a it healthier but I don’t give up the goodies completely ;). I’m also finding that it’s hard to get 100g+ protein in with 1200-1500 calories when I have things like potatoes.
