Due to Hurricane Jason warnings my husband did not work yesterday,(we are two hours away from Florida) but is was still raining all day here , so what I did was eat three times with him, I was worried because I could not do my 5: 2 diet, yesterday was the second day. And that's how my scale surprised me 😱😊

I know, that is true, when I am too obsessed with my weight loss, no matter what I eat my scale does not move, or only go up, that must due to the stress , when I said that I was going to stop losing weight I really meant it, but it was when I started losing weight again. I am getting there, 😊🙏I am going to start increasing my calorie intake soon.
