It seems like I've been 242 for about a month now and it's becoming discouraging. My measurements haven't budged either so I don't know what to do. I think I've hit a plateau. Does anyone have any suggestions to push through this? Being 242 for this long as enabled my binge eating and need some advice to push through.

stop binge eating for one, cut down your sugar and refined carbs, fill up on lower carb veggies. make up healthy snacks to curb your appetite, this will help with your binges

Cut ALL sugars for 2 weeks - all carbs, everything that tastes sweet, all fruit. It’ll push your body to start metabolizing fat! Then add back limited fruits and grains until you reach goal weight! :)
