Just here holding myself accountable. I haven’t got on the scale in almost a week. I haven’t been awful but I definitely haven’t been great either. I skipped a workout and half a$$ed another. I had a hot dog and wine at the ball game. I ate way too much rice at a friend’s birthday party and got a little crazy afterwards at karaoke. I woke up feeling a little foggy headed and made myself run 7 miles.
Honestly, football season is killing me. I am semi-obsessed and pretty much Kate Marsh my discipline on Sundays. I need to be way better than that.
The Mr. is going camping for a few days, so I may need to fast/cleanse while he is gone. The scale will soon tell me what I need to do… I will be out of town for work, hoping there will be some kind of gym at the hotel. Then I return and have a full Tough Mudder on Sunday. It will be my 4th but I have only done the Tahoe one. Wish me luck!
