Just some notes to myself:
Started 2nd level of Cym titration tonight. ~15mg for about a week. I've tolerated the first level very well,Increased joint/fascia pain for the first couple days or so.
My residual gout pain is nonexistent. I did walk/run yesterday, during the ymca trmts. Possibly that had some fx, I also suspect my dietary changes. More veggies, much less meat = less dietary purines. Last poss.---(gleefully interrupted by DW...oh yeah...)..effect is supplements, but I'm taking so many it's difficult to know what might be effective.
Can't think of what else I was to write. The interlude seems to have juggled my grey matter. Not complaining(!)
