I don’t understand how I got this overweight and didn’t realize it. In fact, I didn’t realize how long I have been this overweight. I celebrated when I got back to the weight of 2012 but it hit me, I’ve been this big for so long! I just don’t remember being so big for so long. I’ve tried to track life events to see when I blew up but the reality must be it was just a pound at a time. I have gained 100 pounds plus in ten years. I’ve had my share of events...two pregnancies, a child diagnosed with autism, my father diagnosed with terminal cancer then dying at the same time my ASD daughter was diagnosed with cancer. All the bad stuff happened after 2012. That means I didn’t gain the majority during the horrible times. I just don’t know when it was. My medical records I have access to only go back to 2012. If I cannot figure out when or why it happened than how can I keep it from happening again.
