One thing that I’m finding hard is letting go of my fear for calories. I did have eating disorder tendencies for these past year and I know that is definitely not the way to go! So I’m letting go of restricting / purging and trying to really set foot in the right direction. But oh my Jesus it just worries me in my head like it’s irrational I know 1200 calories won’t make me gain 10 pounds but the fear is there. And technically I am obese but I did manage to loose loads of weight ( over 30 pounds ) this is my take 2 at dieting and actually being healthier!

You got this! It has helped me to let go of the word "diet" and all the negative feelings that come with it. I'm currently using "the style of eating that I can maintain for the rest of my life". Be kind to yourself, and fuel your body for success.
