It's Friday a very frustrating week. Had a bad asthma day on Monday couldn't anything besides struggle through the work day so made it impossible to do anything after work, went to the gym on Tues., did 30 min on my gazelle on WEd, then Thurs no gym due to a major migraine, felt great after work on Friday and planned on a gym visit but the air in downtown Kansas City was really bad and triggered my asthma--couldn't do anything but come home to the ac. Sticking to the calorie count but not the exercise.

Losing weight is 80% healthy eating and 20% exercise! So just keep that eating on track and workout when your asthma isn't keeping you down.
