Starting week 7. Still have not weighed but I think I will after I finish week 8. That way I can redo calculations. I KNOW I have lost weight since I am smaller and clothes are fitting better or are too big. With my stressful life I’m keeping my wine and just eating less to compensate. Water has been the key for me this time. I looked back on my weight since 2112. Had gains 30 pounds since then. Idk why I let it happen but it did. Most all of the cravings are gone, but sometimes I feel too limited on variety. I feel so much better these days.

the important part is feeling good and yes dieting is limiting foods. we need to relearn how to eat for long term health and well being.
