I have lost some weight over the weekend. I'm pretty sure that I didn't drink enough. I believe that's the reason the scale tipped. I wasn't able to work out this weekend because I hurt the muscle in the back of my arm. I am usually able to still get through work outs when I am a little sore. This time, I think I really did it though. It burned when I would use it. Feels a lot better today though. Going to try and do yoga. Happy Monday everyone!

Did light yoga and it didn't bother me too much. So I am happy about that. Didn't try ice. I should have looking back on it. If it happens again, I will definitely try icing it. Good suggestion.
