So... 16% of my calories today came from processed foods. Shake, protein bar, bread, lunch meat, sliced cheese etc. Seems I wasn’t joking when I commented about 20/80 being Whole Foods/junk! But I’m okay with it 👌. I’m sitting here with the Coke Zero cherry I didn’t finish earlier along with 1/2 my protein shake and a protein bar. No way could my stomach hold enough chicken to finish off my daily protein so I *guess* I’ll have to have the shake and bar. I’m not complaining lol. Thinking about investing in those companies! I’m beginning to think that I could live on my gummy vitamins, shakes, bars and jerky! I’m a huge snacker and thankful I found these so I can have them and protein rather than candy bars and cookies! Feels like treats to me! Gonna suck when I do another week of 1200. Basically meat only those weeks.
