Note to self.

Protein take an hour or two to be broken down, and made available to body.

Insulin is needed to store mass.

Maybe I should eat a large protein meal, and then do an insulin spike about two hours later to store more protein.

May give that a try after first getting rid of the vacation gain.

May be done by this routine..
1. Big protein breakfast.
2. Bike ride about an hour after.
3. After bike ride, drink coconut water.

Coconut water to push available digested protein to muscle, and for quicker glycogen restoration.

May be that coconut water would be best right before bike ride too, to be at a higher insulin level during and after bike ride. In building mode. Not sure, but would like to play around this theory soon.
