Good morning FS Family! 😀

ok ok . This birthday week helped me analyze what I want, I am so afraid to go back to my old habits, only on Tuesday I did not count all my calories, but I know that in 3 days I ate the calories of my whole week, I started my diet on Wednesday afternoon, yesterday I ate Well, I'll do it today too, today we're going to Mississippi (home) we'll be back on Monday afternoon, so this weekend I'll do the best I can, and on Tuesday I'll start my diet seriously, these months I've been practically only maintaining my weight, but I want to lose the body fat of my belly so, on Tuesday I will be back and this time I am not going to stop until I reach my goal , I can feel my abs, but I have a big layer of fat, also yesterday I saw a picture of a great transformation here and that is what I am going to do. 🤗😏

my weight on Wednesday was 110 lbs, yesterday 107.8 and today 110 lbs again. I have been eating too much processed foods(evil carbs haha) I know most of it is water retention but, I have gained a pound probably.

I did put my leftover cakes in the trash yesterday morning , I would not have problems eating them next week 😐🐷. As my husband is a normal person he doesn't not like to eat leftovers , he only ate cake once 🤔

Start working with weights which will help burn more calories

Thank you Abbadaddba, I am lifting weights, I have developed pretty muscles, especially in my legs , I can even feel my abs, but I know I have to lose a few more pounds of body fat

Hmm, if ONLY we could target where we lose FAT the same way we target areas to build MUSCLE - the problem is we usually change our shape in ways we don't wish.
