I’m not it’s just sucks a little. Sometimes I feel if I eat something that I really want it’s going to cause a weight gain. I don’t enjoy bake chicken and broccoli that much to eat it every single day.

I hear ya. You can only eat so much salad before you wanna throw up every time you see lettuce lol I've been impressed with how creative people on here are with their meals!

I agree - any weight journey is very hard - the hard work you put in will result in positive results - it takes time but your body will thank you for it - keep it up - besides, this is just a bump in the read - you got this.

I have a suggestion if you want to hear it, try to cut the sugar out for a week and see how that effects things. You have quite a bit of less than quality food in your menu and I would replace it or at least part of it with some quality veggies and protein. Just little changes can make so much difference.

What I do when I want to eat “unhealthy “ and I don’t want to go over calories.... I make it fit my that food fit my calories ... skip breakfast and add those calories to lunch
