3 kids. 3 rooms. Moved them all around except one dresser and bunk beds! Oldest moved to her own room. Youngest moved in with middle. Youngest’s room is now a play room and the play room is now for my oldest. I moved 3 dressers, 3 toy boxes, 2 desks, MANY boxes and totes, tons of clothes and shoes(had to rearrange 3 closets but still have some to do there), 7 chairs... can’t even begin to count the toys and knickknacks! I’m tired!! A good kind of tired. Like just finished up a good workout kind of tired. Also washed up the bedding but hubby puts it on for me as I’m not strong enough to lift an 18” mattress. Well I probably could now but SHHH don’t tell him!! In fact I moved two by myself today lol. He knew this yet still did the sheets when I asked not realizing that I can do it now. For my hard work today and the fact that he only had to help for about 30 minutes of the 8+ hours I was doing it he picked up Pizza. I wanted to keep it a 1200 day but I think I probably worked off the extra 400 calories lol. Activity tracker says 327 burned so far. I didn’t swing my arms carrying furniture so I have no way of counting that. I read it’s anywhere from 191 to 3 hundred something per hour for the stuff I did today! Even if we just say 150 per hour that’s like 1200! That has got to be wrong! It was for 140# and I’m 133#.

Perhaps I should record it as 3 hours for the 327 and 4-5 hours of ‘housework’. I’d rather log lower than too high! AND I did some pushups and core work just to prove to hubby I could. I never dreamed I could get my nose clear to the ground (doing women’s pushups) and keep it there for a minute. ‘Now do it for 10 minutes’ he says. Yeah only after he does ;).
