I used to struggle to do 5 minutes on the stair machine. Today I did 40 (at a slow pace) and began to contemplate what kind of workouts I'll do when I reach my goal weight. It's good to dream.

lol I have not tried the stair machine because my bum knee don't like it. Now the treadmill is a different story. It's put me in the hospital with asthma attacks so bad they kept my on oxygen overnight. well now i can do 30 minutes on a 2.5 speed and b just fine. started at a 1.8 speed for 10 minutes 3 months ago. Its great to dream, even better to believe u can. B proud of your progress! You can do anything as long as u believe in it! You got this hon!

Good job! For the future, consider squats with weights. I started three weeks ago. Changed my life.
