It was a breakfast for supper kinda night, especially since I started IF today and nixed breakfast. I finally made the Keto pancakes I’ve been dying to try and zero carb homemade syrup. I hope the ones I’m freezing are just as good outta the toaster 😋

Sure, Dorian! I found it on master cook.com and it’s called Zero Carb Golden Pancake Syrup. This time I only used vanilla extract, but next time I’m going to try it with the maple.

Yes, JMEVEST, that recipe can be found at beautyandthefoodie.com and it’s called Paleo Buttermilk Pancakes. I tweaked it a little bit by adding some seltzer water for some puffiness. Next time I’ll add blueberries too 😋
