met a friend for coffee. all was good until she ordered a doughnut. lol. coffee and a doughnut. stayed within my calorie count but wow I had alot of sugar today. anyway all I want to do is snack today. craving salt. I think it has something to do with the fact I've went to b 11 times since 7:30 today. uti is messing with me. I'll have to get my electrolytes in check now. up side scales r saying 289 today.
