Although the run was a great experience, I'm glad it's finally over so I can begin concentrating on working out other parts of my body. This plateau is killing me, but I know the cause is from only running, stress, and then not eating the healthiest since I did a little post-final celebrating with my friends ;)

This week I'm hoping to really jump-start my metabolism again and kick my exercising into high gear. I know I'm on my last 15 pounds until my goal weight, so it's going to be very difficult to lose the weight like I used to and I'm REALLY going to have to push myself and work extra hard to shed these last several pounds. I'm determined to lose 5 more pounds before June 1st!
