Cut out Blood Pressure Medication 2 days ago per Doctor. I have had high blood pressure since I was 18 and was on HiGH Doses of Lopressor and Clonodine. Since my weight loss journey began in August of 2017. I have lost approx 70 lbs and been able to cut out the clonodine and down to 25mg of lopressor. That will be the next to go per doctor.

Treadmill Incline 15, Speed 3.5, Time 30 Minutes. Peek heart rate was 160
At my current weight and age of 37 the treadmill states I burned 550 Kcals
Resistance training for 15 minutes I would approximate 50Kcals burned
Total 600Kcal Burn, 45 minute workout
