I know this week & this weekend will be very busy, but that's no excuse for me not to go to the gym. Like tonight after our comittee meeting for Cubscouts I need to at least go and do a hour of cardio if I can do more then that then GREAT. This weekend I'll be doing outside work and camping with a buddy of mine and our boys. I need to finish a service project, I hope to get a little bit of fishing in too. I know that I am getting really close to my twenty pound mark because I am sabotaging myself. It's driving me CRAZY, plus I am quiting chewing tobacco too.
