Okay back on the weight loss train. I am going to tweek my macros, to try to actually achieve ketosis. I need help finding a good seated aerobic program to follow to try and boost my weekly weightloss. Needs to be seated as I have MS so balance issues, fatigue, along with a left leg that does not care to listen to brain signals. Any and all suggestions welcome!😊
