I think I have finally caught up with the extra water I have been drinking for the challenges that I am in. I was gaining weight since I started drinking more, but now it seems like it is coming off again.

I know it is harder to tighten up skin the older you get (less collagen) and the more weight you lose but with time and exercise it should diminish - at least that is what I am hoping for...
