So I started going through menopause quite early, 37, and have recently (.... well over the past two years) noticed that I've gained quite a bit of weight around my waist!!! I haven’t weighed this much since after I gave birth to my first daughter. I finally decided I’m sick and tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and I’m going to do something about it!!!
