Ok. So, wedding, golf followed by many beers, fishing, many beers... gained 3lbs. Stopped weighing myself, got more disciplined this past week, now 1 lb. lower than previous low.. yay! Tough next week though, going on a fishing trip to Haida Gwaii - high end resort with beaucoup de awesome food.. will be a test no doubt :)
