I've been having some stomach issues and am retaining most of what I eat...so until that is settled I refuse to weigh in, LOL!. And to top it all, I think I'm coming down with a flu...and boy I need to be in shape for the weekend. Aside from that, the sunburn/tan from the weekend is wearing down and I look like my skin is falling apart...I've learned to use sunblock! Hope everyone has a great day!

You sound like a wreck JC..lol. I wouldnt get on the scale either, I wondered why you werent weighing in..I've been watching. I know you know how to take care of yourself, and thank you for your uplifting comments on my journal.Take care and use that sunblock :)
