Okay, this is Friday, August, 10th. This week has been a let down to myself because I haven't worked out all week. I will be extremely happy when I get past this cursed 20 pound mark. The reason why it's a curse is because when I get there I lose sight of my goals. I have to remember that I am NOT ALONE in this battle. I have to remember that God is with me first, my family, and my friends too. Dan, just keep your head up and go forward with all that support behind you.
