Mom is home. struggling right now with all the nice stuff around, and all the restaurant and BBQ food... going up and down, and hard to make a CONSTANT calorie intake plan. Some days I'm on point, and some days I'm 200 kcal over, which is a lot considering I should be on 1200 max. FUUUUUUU... is this going to fuck me up I wonder... :(
