I got on the scales this morning, and read the new number. I waited a long time, until I was on the way to work, before I called my wife and told her. I told her that I was afraid that it wasn't real, that the scales had malfunctioned, or that I had read it wrong, or that I had cheated. I don't want it to be something to go away, even though I do expect a few fluctuations. So, all time high, 282. Current, 255. Loss of 27 lbs. Almost 10% of my body weight. Ty, ty.
