Overdid it with the homemade chocolate chocolate chip banana bread thus morning but no regrets...got up to 2 minutes 40 seconds with the plank exercises last night and am going to try and do better tonight...feeling in high spirits today, even with the havoc that is being wrought in my little circle of data entry hell...
