Banana Nut Bread ? This and Zucchini bread are my favorites. My Mom and Grandmother used to make it for me when I was little.....Give a big glass of cold milk and dunk the bread.....Delicious....

Banana bread ;). I don’t add the nuts and I needed to use up some bananas the other day. It’s a favorite of mine. Pretty sure I’d take banana bread over even my homemade cookies. It’s just so easy to over eat it! I bet you enjoy those memories! Hubby warms it up and melts butter on it. It’s addictive! I eat mine cold so I’m not tempted to add another 50-100 calories per tiny slice. These are mini loaves and each slice was about 1/2” thick. Maybe 2 by 2 inches at the most. Still like 500+ calories 😭

I should point out that I saved up calories this week so have 1700 for today. I also had a light lunch of 200 rather than 300-500 so I can have these without guilt. I think I can still have a small treat after dinner. We will see how hungry I am then. I’ll probably just eat more real food at dinner ;). I gave the kids and hubby the last of my loaf so I can’t be tempted to eat the rest!
