I ate the medium fries, half of a L strawberry shake, almost half of my chicken sandwich and I feel more than satisfied, I'm full. I know that if I learned to listen to my stomach I would not gain weight. :/

Thanks, it was my first meal of the day, until now I have had success because I did stop eating , now I have to be strong enough to wait until 5:00 PM to eat again

Glad to see you journaling again!! Your diet calendar is missing some entries however... :) I find that a complete diet calendar allows me to make the best decisions :)

Ok, my lunch was 810 calories + 9 from black coffee

Yes, normally I eat 3 meals on the weekends, I will add 100 more calories in a month or so, I am afraid to get too skinny or too fat 😐, I just want to be sexy but it's hard to find a balance

Adefwebserver I have been working on myself one year and a half, and I added 30 more minutes to my routine 6-7 weeks ago, you have to go little by little , I am going to stay with this time Because I clean my garden too , my body is capable but my hands are weak, I suffer joint pain, I do what I can
