Damn.. this plateau is irritating me.. 1/2 lb. down in last week. But - clothes feeling looser, so perhaps I’ve gained some muscle - did match my highest bench Monday since my younger days :) Birthday for my son coming up Sat, will take some work to stay on point with calorie intake.. then before I know it will be Salmon Fishing in Haida Gwai and resort is supposed to have amazing food layout every night.. damn.
