So I still have 8 pounds to lose. Since I started dieting, I’ve also been doing strength training. I have completely avoided working on my legs because im terrified they’ll grow and get big. Now, i think i might because i would like to lift my but and weighted squats do that. Does anyone have advice on how to keep slim thighs while strength training?

Go on YouTube and look at FitnessBlender’s video called “Glute, inner thigh and outer thigh workout”. It’s 38 min long (seems long but you could shorten it to one or two rounds of exercises instead of three. Working all of the different muscles really balances out the shape of the leg and glutes (in my opinion at least)

Use lighter weights to tone your legs. Heavy weights will cause you to bulk up.
